Re-Add View Page link

Description

In previous versions of WordPress, the view post link was always there from the post editor screen. Now I have to hit update page sometimes just to get the URL of a post if I didn't memorize the URL, for example if I had an untitled post then I don't want to hit the update button just to get the link to view the post or page to pop up.
