I posted about this issue on gutenberg (​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/22774), but perhaps the more appropriate issue would be here?
In short, facebook video embeds seem to be broken, not showing up at all when embedded on a wordpress site. It seems like the URL being used is malformed, with a left chevron '<' being added.
I actually work on video embeds at Facebook so I can offer insight from the FB side but am unfamiliar of how this works from the wordpress side.
Here's an example page where the embeds won't show up: ​https://adrianweiwei.wordpress.com/2020/06/11/another-vod-test/
