I’d just point out that the general aim you described for this page looks (culturally) very US-centric to me, but it is something each Locale can probably adapt on their side.
I'll concede that any fantasies I ever had of living en France ended with "How would I write decent copy in French?" ...
When we get to 5.6, the Marketing team will start building actual personae we can write to, so there will be some actual data around the concerns we can address. And it will be a good thing to keep in mind that talking to one person in copy, and commiserating over a given frustration in a given part of the UX, doesn't mean we're always talking to a 50-year-old baseball fan in Missouri.
A couple people have caught expressions that are too US-centric already, and we should definitely keep looking for those and making the experiences they represent readable -- feelable! -- across the common experience we all have as WP admin users.
That's one thing I like about You -- each of us is You if the experience is relatable.
