Cannot save posts in Windows in XAMPP. Getting JSON error in Gutenberg.

Description

I am using XAMPP server on Windows 10 with custom theme. Every time I'm trying to create a new post or updating an existing post, the following error is coming up. This is a fresh WordPress install and no additional plugin in activated. Please see the screenshot.

But this is not happening on Linux.
