Unable to verify "New Admin Email Address"

Description

We are attempting to verify change of an admin email address, so we click through and change the email address in Settings. The user receives an email with a link: ​https://enhancedcn.com/wp-admin/options.php?adminhash=20d762ef32b418edeb26a2e2fbc62dc3

However, when the link is clicked upon, we receive an error. Because... we have a custom WP login screen to prevent hackers from attempting to get in our WordPress dashboard - not the standard login screen that ends in "/wp-admin" --

So we are unable to use this verification step. Help?
