Description
When adding Social icons to a new post, if there are too many icons, they start to disappear depending on the phone width.

I'm using Neve theme but the result is the same with Twenty Nineteen and other wordpress themes.

I did some more testing here and it is happening in almost all default themes as well.
I checked out the Gutenberg repository, and it looks like there are two issues for this already:
- https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/21395 (specific to the mobile issue you are reporting)
- https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/21842 (more generic aimed at issues with the block not wrapping)
Because of this, I'm going to close this out as reported-upstream

Can you specify which theme you are using? It's possible this is a bug with your theme and not the core Social block.
