initial v1 1 1 Whilst I agree that showing a dashboard notice can be helpful for some user groups like bloggers and take away some of the burden from support forums, it might cause panicky messages sent elsewhere. 2 2 3 Imagine a corporate website which has many content updaters, tens of pages and hundreds of posts - in which only a handful of Facebook or Instagram oEmbeds. Then some busy marketing manager logs into the dashboard to see the message and sends right away message to their hosting or agency partner to ensure that the whole site and/or social media wall does not break down.
