Cannot access media files and theme options

my wordpress websites recently updted to version 5.5 and im facing challenges line i can not saccess the media files and theme options eg emails in the backend.

I've the same issue. My WordPress updated also to 5.5 and now i couldn't open or rearange the post-box header.
I also get many errors on the console:
