Description
Since WP auto installed its update - woocommerce is no longer compatible no editing of existing products can be done, nor can any new items be added
Its only allowing one type of product no variable, no simple only link to outside Http
Any advice on how to recover?

I'm very sorry, but this is an issue with WooCommerce and needs to be taken up directly with them. Trac is meant for issues with WordPress core, not for individual plugins.

Just wanted to note that WordPress does not automatically upgrade itself for major releases (which 5.5 was).
It's possible your webhost did this for you, and if you had not enabled auto-updates and don't have any plugins that may have done that, I recommend you reach out to your host directly for help.
