Add Media and Visual/Text buttons do not work in 5.5

Description

After updating WordPress to 5.5, the editor buttons are broken.
The Add Media button doesn't do anything.
The buttons to switch from Text to Visual do nothing.

To clarify, we are using the classic editor plugin.

Hi @juliecookies2 and thanks for the report!

This sounds like the same issue described on ticket:50968.

Please check the browser console (likely Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows, or Command + Shift + J on Mac) for errors and follow the steps in this comment:
