Don't know what to do it is very important for this business to not stop getting leads and forms information.

Forms are not part of WordPress core. That functionality is added by a plugin.
Please post on the forums over here: ​https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hopefully one of the awesome forum volunteers can help you troubleshoot your issue.
It may relate to the fact that support was dropped for older jQuery, but there are ways to fix that, which the forums can help you with.
As it is outside of the scope of this system, I am closing this ticket for our workflows here.
