wp-config-sample.php contains a couple of links to codex that probably should be pointing to the new locations:

​https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php has moved (line 16) to ​https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/

​https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress (line 78) has moved to
​https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
