The Links widget really needs configuration parameters. Lots of them.

I'm attaching a patch to add the Order and Orderby parameters as well as a configuration screen. I expect to add more parameters to it later, unless somebody beats me to it.

Really would like this to go into the next possible release. Thoughts?
