Description
WordPress 5.5, Classic Editor 1.6
When trying to use the classic editor all the editor panels in Pages, Posts, Products etc wont work. They are all closed and wont open so they cannot be edited.
This has happened since wp 5.5 and now we are unable to edit anything except with the Gutenberg editor.

Hi @reececvo, please have a look at the Classic Editor plugin's support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/classic-editor/ and in particular at: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/common-classic-editor-errors-and-how-to-fix-them/. Similar problems are reported there and also suggestions on how to fix them.
