    22In the proposal we have already mentioned that some of the functionalities that are offered by consent management systems would be too intrusive to do in core, because certain functionalities are not applicable to all users due to different cookielaws around the world.

    4 Now, if it is really necessary to do something special for logged-in users (and yes I do have my doubts about that), I think that the proposal for that new functionality and the current ticket should be treated separate from the original proposal for the Consent API.
