wordpress page editor problem

Description
In my wordpress pages I don't have an access to Site Editor Page Builder and its Visual button is not responding. Also, there is no Done button to be used on any of editor screen on my site.
Please anyone who knows what to do, let me know.

It is a snapshot of one page where there is only text script of the page code and Visual button is not functioning. Same problem is on all other pages.
