Description
Hi, our site upgraded to WordPress 5.5.1 automatically and now many of our feature images are coming up as blank white boxes with thin black lines around them. We have many posts affected and cannot even fix the problem manually one at a time. We also don’t know if this was caused by the upgrade or because of migration because we just migrated from moneynet.io to wealthygenius.com and the update occurred automatically after the new domain propagated.
Also kudos to Jetpack it seems to have migrated our premium package over to our new address. Yet under the ‘Backups and security scanning’ setting it still says awaiting credentials and ‘Action Needed’. When we add credentials it works and then reverts immediately back again upon reload.
We will likely need to submit a support request to Jetpack for it, yet does anyone know why our images are appearing blank?
Thank you for reading and helping if you can!
William

@SergeyBiryukov thank you for your respond actually not the same issue. The previous issue was relating to Tablepress interfering with the feature image.
This time it is actually Jetpack that is the problem. After experimenting with plugins on and off we discovered it was a Jetpack Performance Issue we have since disabled the 'Speed up image load times' because after pinpointing the Jetpack plugin as the cause of the issue we experimented with different settings and discovered specifically this cdn image setting was causing the problem.
For some reason if we use this feature it causes 403 errors. It has since been disabled.
