Description

In #43144 a language icon was added next to the "Language" option on the General Settings and User Profile screens.

This icon should be shown next to the Default Language option in the Network Settings screen too, as this affects the default language for the network and therefore the default language the user sees in the admin area. Changing this value can directly affect the language in use by the user.
