Edit Page functions missing

Description
using 5.5.1. When I go to edit my web page, I can not save my work. There is no "save" button and the Page Publish" block does NOT open. The same thing goes to page preview. That is gone!
Help please.

Please check rightside of "Publish" tab. After click this section show and edit a page.

- Focuses administration added
- Milestone Awaiting Review
- Resolution → invalid
- Status new → closed

As noted above, if you expand the Publish box, you should find the Save, Publish, and Preview buttons there.
