Missed Schedule when trying directly Publishing a Post

Description

Issue with a fresh WordPress Install of 5.5.1 when trying to directly Publish a Post, Post goes to Scheduled, instead directly Published. Post under WP Dashboard show Missed Schedule.

Additionally Issue with Divi Theme Builder, Templates cannot be saved, when reloading the Page, Template is gone.

Date and Time WP + Server are correct.

When downgrading WP to Version 5.2.4 , directly Posting is possible without any Issue. Also saving Templates within Divi Theme Builder work fine.

Upgrading WP to Version 5.3.2 and testing again Publish Post result in Missed Schedule, and Divi Theme Builder Templates are gone after Page Reload.

Missed Schedule

try to create a new page from Pages > Add New
add a title to the page

make sure that the Publish Options is being set to be Immediately
publish the page

At this moment the page should be published - but it's not

go back to Pages area
check the status of the new page it will be scheduled - instead of publish.
