Description
Although the number of admin users who actually read Help tabs is probably pretty small, we should probably add a tab that explains what auto-updates are, how the UI works. We may also want to link to a new dedicated page on HelpHub end-user documentation.

In fact, we just need to update the existing help tab to add a paragraph about major versions auto-updates (see the above screenshot). Looks pretty straightforward to me. Let's milestone this to 5.6.
