I already own a premium WordPress website (drdeepali.co.in). I have found out that it is possible to create many many page views by simply opening the website through the telegram app repeatedly. One person alone can create many page views. Look into this. (I tried yesterday and created many page views for my website by repeatedly opening my website through the telegram app. WordPress app even notified that my website traffic seems to be ‘booming’ )
I am using the latest Wordpress version, with no plug-ins installed. My website is as bare minimum as can be.
I am not a coder or a software engineer, I cannot provide you with any more details. I’m a medical professional.

As this site is hosted at WordPress.com, they offer customer support at https://wordpress.com/support/
It can be noted that WordPress does not offer page view statistics at all. This is extra functionality at hosting provider WordPress.com.
