Automated Taxes do not appear to be calculating woocommerce checkout page

Description

I have connected WordPress to Jetpack and have activated it.
On the tax tab on woocommerce settings, I have enabled automated tax. But when I try to add to cart and set the shipping address, there is no tax calculated (TAX: 0.00)
Do I have to add country code to Standard Rates? even if automated tax is enabled?

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your site but unfortunately trac isn't the correct site in which to get support. Trac is used for developing the WordPress core software.
