Description

I am using PHP 8.0 I get this error

pop not opening

It doesn't seem like you are experiencing an issue related to PHP 8. Based on all the information you have provided, it seems you are experiencing a JavaScript error. You also selected 5.3.2 as your version. If that is the version of WordPress your site is using, please update to the most recent version (currently 5.5.3 at the time of this comment).

This Trac instance is not for general support questions, though. The WordPress.org Support Forums are much better suited for helping you work through issues like these.

I'm closing this as invalid, but only because that is Trac's impolite default resolution.

The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-admin/includes/update-core.php
