Description
When moving a paragraph or list with anchor links on a page or post, the anchor links are broken afterwards.

@hage Thanks for the report!
I see the anchor changes the link target to the full URL (from the editor page) when using either cut or copy and then pasting that link in another place (in another block or within the same block). The block editor has been doing that since the beginning in WordPress 5.0. If you move the link a different way, please let us know.
I can move this to GitHub so the editor team can fix it there.
