Description

I am unable to load the page for my WordPress admin site located at http://new.pioneeracademics.com/wp-admin/ or the site itself located at new.pioneeracademics.com.

This is the staging site for the site located at https://pioneeracademics.com/wp-admin/ (pioneeracademics.com) which I still am able to access.

When I attempt to go to either of the URLs listed above, I receive the error:

This site can’t be reached
new.pioneeracademics.com took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have tried all fixes that I can find online, but have been unable to solve the problem. I have a ticket in with my ISP to see if it is an issue on their end, as I am able to log in to the site on other networks.

Any assistance that you can give with this issue would be much appreciated.

Hello @pioneeracademics,

Welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

I'm sorry that you are having issues with access your staging website. I just checked and the site loads in the browser.

For future reference, this trac is for keeping track of bugs and enhancements for the core WordPress software. This problem does not appear to be due to core. It could be a set up, hosting, or third party issue. For these types of problems, please try the support forums https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ and/or your hosting support.
