Slug conflict for page and posts

Description
When you create a page and post with same title and same slug it won't add -2, -3 to slug it creates a conflict there.
Steps to replicate:
- Go to Permalink setting and select "Post name", save it.
- Create a page and set permalink -> test-1212
- Create a post and set permalink -> test-1212
And go to yourdomain.com/test-1212 you will see it opens page. There is no way to see this post. When you create a post it should add -2 to end of url.
