initial v1 4 4 With Locale Manager ability to enable/disable/edit message. 5 5 6 7 8 PS: meant more a rosetta sites widget, such as call-to-action banner for surveys, but with more space for text. Maybe worth another ticket for meta? 9 10 Dashboard widget will be nice to have too, not all locales use even 1 RSS channel, but sometimes this feature is very needed.
