Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

with some plugin

I could not reproduce the issue on a clean install. Does it still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Twenty-One) activated? Could you find out which plugin is causing it?

  • Keywords reporter-feedback removed

Hi,

I have run some tests and it seems to happen just with GravityForms (latest version), also with a default theme. Unfortunately both WordPress and Apache logs doesn't give any information except time limit issue.
