Description

This is a follow-up to #22744.

Upload a file called foo.png and then do a search for foo.png and it won't find the file.

As I understand it the problem had been solved, but currently it is not possible to search by the file name.

This ticket seems to me that it can be closed. I've been testing it better and apparently the bug only occurs in the modified version that wordpress.com uses.

i am not sure which version you're using but with the latest version.. searching with full file name including file extension working just fine! Have tested with two of my installation.. please do update and check again!

Hi @sajjad67, thanks for your reply.

As I said in the previous comment, I detected the problem on wordpress.com which uses a modified version of wordpress.org. I thought the situation occurred in both, but I did a local installation of WordPress and I did not detect the problem. It is an exclusive situation of the modified version used in Wordpress.com. So, this ticket can be closed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
