initial v1 1 Going for the quick answer now and will try to get something better by tomorrow... 1 Update: Now that I have time to comprehend the question :) 2 2 3 I was working with a textarea on a settings page in the admin. It then had an editor added to it. Not Gutenberg and not even the full editor from before Gutenberg, just the one that adds a few buttons above the text editor. 4 5 Sorry, I will try to provide more info soon. 3 I spotted this while using textarea created by wp_editor() with quicktags on a settings page and then clicking the "link" button/quicktag.
