Size of H2 is not changing

Description

If I create a H2 in Gutenberg-Editor I cannot klick the options standard, small, normal ... It is possible to choose the size with the individuell size, but not with the left button. For example: I cannot klick "normal (in german, I don't know waht there stands in english) instead of standard. But if I am writing "21" in the field for individuell, it is changing to normal.
