Here on the update-core.php page, I was seen Top-bottom margins are very high it needs to reduce between the text.

#51540 is still open for improving the Updates screen layout, if you would like to join the discussion there.
The margin purposely increased from
2emto4em"to provide sectioning without borders on the page" in changeset 49254.
