Password Reset on user edit

Description

Whenever I edit a user, I get an error at the top saying that the password is already in use. I am not editing any passwords. I'm editing permissions for a user, which is not related to the password in any way.

What's more annoying is that every time I attempt to make an edit, the user who's account it is gets an email saying that their password changed, which isn't even the case.

I'm using a few plugins, some big ones which are WooCommerce, Elementor and LearnDash. It doesn't seem like any of these are causing conflicts though, since I have tried disabling them and trying again.

Hi @xaaf and thanks for the report!

Which browser do you use when this happens? Does it occur if you try changing user settings in another browser?

I think it might be trying to autocomplete the hidden password input. (And if I'm wrong, it would be good to rule out that possibility.)
