No options to manage what categories the RSS feed includes

Description

There's presently no way to manage what the RSS feed outputs.

I'm suggesting that there be a way to manage which categories are either included or excluded from all feeds.

being able to select particular categories to NOT be fed to subscribers would be a huge help.

let me know if you need clarification beyond what I wrote.

this does the same thing for excluding particular categories, but it would be great if there was a user-friendly way to do it rather than having to search Google, then implement a function.

Plugin territory IMO 'cause as that link shows, it's super easy to do.
