Default Login Form Registration Link is Incorrect

Description
On the bottom of the standard log in form three links are presented Registration, Passord recovery and SiteHome
The Registration link is incomplete and links to the Loginform and not the RegistrationForm
The ?action=register is missing.

@antonv if the problem persists, please try in a default state (i.e. without plugins activated and using a default theme) and follow-up with the steps of how to reproduce. This type of information helps contributors to continue investigating.

However, I guess it occurs on an installation with some plugins installed.
Could you please check without any plugin activated? Looks like it's not a core issue.
