Thank you for the ticket! Please note that this Trac instance is for the development of the Core itself.
This issue belongs to Meta Trac instance! We already have a few tickets about giving Trac a better responsive design. You can read more in this meta ticket. (starting from comment 17 - previous ones have been implemented). I would really need some design feedback on that ticket!
