After installing php 7.4 I 've got an error-message on my blog

Description
After I had installed a newer version of PHP (exactly 7.4), I have a permanent error message on my blog:
Constant WP_DEBUG already defined in /home/.sites/487/site244/web/wp-content/plugins/meta-description-stats-all-in-one-seo-pack-addon/meta-description-stats-all-in-one-seo-pack-addon.php on line 11
I tried to solve it myself, but when I've opened the PHP file in notepad++ there was only a comment (Author: NetAttingo Technologies) in the announced line.
How can I solve the problem?

i'm unable to reproduce your issue, since it needs a third party plugin i think you should this on this plugin support page.
Although you can provide us more information to reproduce issue if you think it comes from wordpress core.
