Auto excerpts are not generating on Bangla language mode

Description

Excerpt works fine in English language mode. When I go to the Dashborard > Settings > General Settings and change Site Language to বাংলা (Bangla), then auto generated excerpts (First few words of first paragraph) are not generating/showing.

I tested it using Twenty Twenty-One theme in several WP versions. Then I found that, upto version 5.2.9 there was no such problem. From version 5.3 this problem is occurring.

This was a translation issue, see https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/5.7.x/bn/default/?filters[term]=excerpt_length&filters[term_scope]=scope_any&filters[status]=current_or_waiting_or_fuzzy_or_untranslated&filters[user_login]=&filter=Apply+Filters&sort[by]=priority&sort[how]=desc

The localization team for that locale didn't use numbers for these translations. This has since been fixed.
