Description
Each block is count as a widget, which may cause issue for user when setting up widget.
Say, create a Heading block then an Image block, it will become 2 widgets. Hence if the design has a border/separator, it will not have a good continuity on the widget/sidebar area.

Hi @wongpk. You can combine the two blocks by selecting them and pressing Group to create a group block. This is a pain-point that we're working on improving, see GB32723.
