homepage or index pagination bug

Dear friends

We do not have pagination on the main page, but WordPress creates this pagination from page 2 to page 99

I tried very hard to solve this problem and after all the searches, I did not find any answer to this question

Surprisingly i see this problem in wordpress.org!
An example:
​https://wordpress.org/page/56/

That page is static but wordpress has created pagination for this page…

Our website is:
​https://bitpars.com/

And wrong pagination is:
​https://bitpars.com/page/98
