Page break blocks not shown in Guttenberg outline

Description
As the title says, none of my page breaks appear in the outline - except if I have clicked on it in the workspace, but then only that one appears.

Hello,
When I first noticed this issue it never occurred to me that it could be caused by a theme, but after getting this message I switched themes to check and can confirm that is the case here. (I use Sydney.) Sorry for wasting your time.

Thanks @timsthailand for reporting the issue. We recently reviewed it during a core triage session. During testing (in WP 5.7.2 and running Gutenberg trunk) we were able to see page breaks in the outline. Based on the feedback from the team we would encourage you to share a bit more information on the issue, possibly with a screenshot or a screen recording whichever is convenient for you. Additionally, we have also updated the Component and added a Keyword to the ticket. Cheers!
