Easier way to add a menu item that "leads nowhere".

Description

Currently, when you want to add a menu item as a parent, we add a custom link to "#" and give it a name.

I honestly think this should be made easier. I think it would be a great help if you could add a menu item as a parent that leads nowhere. The reason why this can be handy is that you can't hover over these menu items via mobile browsers which makes submenu's extremely tricky to use.

I would even dare to say duplicate. Since that's a perfect solution tbh.

Strange that it didn't turn up when I searched for it before I made the ticket. Thanks for pointing it out @sabernhardt :)
