Button Radius Option disappeared in version 5.8

Description
In the block editor, button option, the button radius selector is nowhere to be found. Now buttons that are created are rounded by default.

Welcome to Trac, and thanks for this bug report!
This was previously reported in #53697, and will be fixed in the upcoming 5.8.1 release. A release date has not been set yet, but it's safe to anticipate it around the end of the month.
