    21I have started noticing a trend in reports from users who have updated to 2.3.1 and are suddenly noticing image upload failures with errors that implicate PHP running out of memory. A workaround for the problem has been to have server configurations altered to increase memory allotment for PHP, but not all users' server administrators are willing to make this change.
