New Zealand does not show under Pacific countries.

Go To:
Settings > Timezone

The locations list (mostly) contains cities, so you probably want Auckland.

As noted on ticket:50524#comment:2 :

WordPress itself doesn't maintain the time zones. It uses what the PHP function ​timezone_identifiers_list() returns. You can find the current ​list of supported time zones on this page. The list is officially ​maintained by the IANA.
