When I go to Plugin or if I need to change the theme I got this message:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

We are really sorry that you're having this kind of issue. Sadly, WordPress Trac is not the right place. This is for supporting the code inside WordPress and making it better, it's not for debugging issues on people's personal sites.
