By changing the language to UK and clicking 'about WordPress' > freedoms then clicking on licence you will get a 404 error because the licence was translated to UK but it wasn't properly redirected to the original URL.

Should have been fixed in en_GB translation and updated language packs must be available shortly.

This has been fixed in the en_GB language pack,
no patch is necessary.
