Multisite: "My Sites" option list can get unwieldy if user has many sites

Description

Attached is an image of the option list for a user with many sites in a network install. If the list of sites is big, like in this example, the page becomes less user-friendly.

Status new → closed

Thanks! We're already tracking the My Sites menu issue on #15317.

Plus, #33574 is a similar ticket, for fixing any long flyout sub-menu.
