Hello @gregkeet thanks for the ticket and welcome to WordPress Trac!

Could you please share a screenshot of this screen? I can't spot the link in Settings > General.

This link is apparently added by the PWA plugin.

Could you open an issue on their GitHub repository?

I ran a search on the URL this time, and PWA is not the only plugin that links to the old URL.

I think this is where it should resolve (with a redirect):

  • Keywords reporter-feedback removed
  • Milestone Awaiting Review deleted
  • Resolution set to invalid
  • Status changed from reviewing to closed

Thanks @sabernhardt for investigating :)

Closing this ticket since it's not related to WordPress Core.

The next version of the PWA plugin will remove the HTTPS UI. See https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/pwa-wp/pull/557

It's overdue for a new release.
